Returning to My Roots: A Homeopath’s Journey Through Epidemiology and Public Health
I am Neetu, and I began my path as a classically trained homeopath, inspired by its whole-person approach to healing. My curiosity about larger-scale health patterns led me to epidemiology, where I’ve dedicated over 20 years to researching public health challenges globally—gaining profound insights into science, data-driven prevention, and community wellness.
For more than 10 years, yoga has been a cornerstone of my life, fostering flexibility, emotional balance, and inner peace that beautifully complements homeopathic principles. Swimming, a passion since childhood, has kept me strong, resilient, and heart-healthy through gentle, full-body movement.
Today, returning to homeopathic practice in Princeton, New Jersey, I integrate this rich tapestry—epidemiological rigor, personalized remedies, and time-tested wellness habits—to guide you toward vibrant, lasting health on every level: body, mind, and spirit.
